Ginkgo Gotu Kola
Description
Ginkgo is the focus of much research related to brain function and memory support. Similarly, gotu kola has been known for centuries as "food for the brain" in the Ayurvedic tradition. The combination of these two herbs is enhanced by the addition of choline, an important nutrient for the healthy functioning of the nervous system and brain.
Ingredients
400 mg Blend of Ingredients includes:
• Ginkgo Leaf (Ginkgo biloba)
• Gotu Kola leaf (Centella asiatica)
• Choline (as Choline bitartrate)
Non-GMO Vegetarian Capsule
Suggested use
As an herbal supplement, take one capsule one to three times daily with food.
Warnings/Contraindications
Individuals taking anticoagulant medication should consult with their health care professional before taking supplements containing ginkgo. Discontinue use two weeks prior to scheduled surgery or dental procedures, and inform surgeon. Do not take if pregnant or nursing. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed recommended dose unless under the guidance of a health care professional. Although rare, some people may experience headaches or mild gastrointestinal discomfort when taking ginkgo. Discontinue use if symptoms occur.

Avoid use in individuals with a known allergy or hypersensitivity to ginkgo or members of the Ginkgoaceae family. May cause skin irritation.
